BLOOM VIP MEMBERSHIP
The Bloom VIP Membership is our most comprehensive and flexible option. It is ideal for clients who regularly receive Botox, dermal filler, skin treatments, and wellness services and want preferred pricing across multiple categories.

$99 per month
VIP benefits include:
• Neuromodulator treatments at $12 per unit (Botox, Dysport, or Daxxify equivalent)
• $100 off every full syringe of dermal filler
• 20% off facials

BLOOM HYDRAFACIAL CLUB

Membership includes:
• One Signature HydraFacial per month (valued at $229 per treatment)
• 10% off filler
• 10% off laser services
• 10% off retail skincare products

BLOOM TOX CLUB
The Bloom Tox Club is a Botox membership designed for clients who want smooth, consistent results with easy monthly budgeting.
Membership Cost
$199 per month
Includes:
• Up to 60 units of neuromodulator for the upper face
• Treatment areas include forehead lines, glabellar lines (11s), and crow’s feet
• Treatments are performed every 3–4 months, as clinically appropriate
Additional details:
• Additional units available at $12 per unit
• Lower-face treatments are not included
This membership is ideal for maintaining wrinkle-relaxer results without per-visit pricing surprises.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY
• Memberships are billed monthly
• A minimum of three (3) months written notice is required to cancel any membership
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
• The Bloom Tox, VIP, and HydraFacial Club requires a six (6) month minimum commitment
• Memberships and benefits are non-transferable
• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or event pricing
• All services are subject to medical evaluation and provider discretion

What is the difference between the VIP Membership and the Tox Club?
The VIP Membership offers discounted per-unit Botox pricing plus savings on filler, skincare, facials, and IV therapy. The Tox Club includes a set number of units with predictable monthly pricing and is best for clients focused primarily on wrinkle relaxers.
Is Neurotoxin included every month in the Tox Club?
No. Payments are monthly, but treatments are performed every 3–4 months based on clinical assessment.
Does VIP discount apply to hormone pellets?
Yes. The 10% VIP discount applies to pellets services only. Medications, labs, membership fees, and third-party costs are excluded.
Can I switch memberships?
Yes. Membership changes may be made with proper written notice and are subject to the three-month cancellation requirement.
Are memberships refundable?
No. Membership fees are non-refundable.
Are memberships transferable?
No. Memberships are for the enrolled individual only.
Can memberships be paused?
Membership pauses are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the provider’s discretion.
